"It has been pretty good. When I had to come up with a place quickly, I liked what I saw and how they treated the patients. They reacted well to me, too. They were honest and very cordial. I get pretty good updates from the therapists. I am pretty impressed with the nurses. The staff has been very patient with talking with my loved one. They are busy and you have to wait, but the service is reasonable and the skills are of good quality. The cleaning is very good. All of the nurses communicate well."

I told my kids that if I ever need therapy, I want to go to this facility. The case manager made sure my loved one had a phone to call me back on. I appreciated that. If you ask the nurses for something, they do it right away."

"My mom has been happy there. She is doing pretty well. Overall, I am happy with Spanish Trails. When I ask them questions, they respond. Most of the nurses are pretty good. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They reply to my questions fast. Overall, they are friendly. It is very clean. My mom has not had any complaints about the meals. We have had lunch or dinner with her and it is very good. The admissions director answers my calls and she calls the staff if there is something I am upset about, and I appreciate that."
"They have been doing a very good job. I have never experienced anything like this, and to me, it was a shock and they have been very supportive and very nice. The therapy seems like it is okay. The nurses are good and understanding. The staff is all great. They are very considerate about everything. It is a very pretty building with a refrigerator for each patient. It is nice and clean. They took care of a lighting problem for him. I am really happy with the meal service. They talk with me about how he is doing. They call come in and talk to us all the time. It is good that they talk with him."
